Terms & Conditions of Service
1. Transparent Pricing & Milestone Structure
All project scopes are delivered under a clear, written, flat-fee agreement in GBP (£). We maintain zero hidden monthly agency management retainers. Current standard project investments are:
- Quick-Start Booking Website: £300 flat one-time fee (Domain/hosting at net cost ~£8–£12/yr)
- Complete Website & AI Platform: £550 flat one-time fee (1-year domain & cloud edge hosting included)
- Automated Quote, Booking & Clinic Suite: £849 flat one-time fee (Multi-page platform with quote calculator)
- Real Estate & Property Voice Suite: Market-Aligned / Negotiable based on branch call volume
- Custom UK E-Commerce Store: £1,099 flat one-time fee (Zero Shopify/Wix recurring monthly fees)
- Cloud POS & Offline Till System: £1,450 flat one-time fee (Windows desktop .exe + Android staff APK)
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, standard builds proceed on a 50% initial commitment deposit prior to development commencement, with the remaining 50% milestone due upon final staging review and approval before DNS live deployment.
2. Guaranteed 5-Day Delivery Timescale
For our Quick-Start and Starter/Growth Website packages, we guarantee initial staging delivery within 3 to 5 working days from the date of client asset and content submission. If we do not meet this verified milestone due to our own production schedule, you receive priority expedited completion and dedicated launch support.
3. 100% Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon final invoice settlement, 100% of the custom source code, design assets, database schemas, and associated digital configurations transfer to you unconditionally. You are never locked into proprietary agency hosting traps or ongoing monthly licensing fees.
4. Revisions & Launch Approval
All builds include dedicated iterative revision rounds prior to public live launch to ensure your visual branding, price lists, and WhatsApp booking triggers function seamlessly within the agreed project scope.
5. Post-Launch 30-Day Technical Warranty
Every build includes 30 days of comprehensive post-launch technical warranty covering bug fixes, domain connectivity, styling defects, and WhatsApp webhook verification at zero additional charge.
6. Client Responsibilities & Asset Submission
To maintain guaranteed delivery timescales, clients agree to provide necessary business assets (text, service price lists, imagery, and domain access credentials) in a timely manner. Delays in asset provision correspondingly extend the delivery milestone.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable UK law, MSR 360° Solutions' total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any project shall not exceed the total contract fee paid by the client for that specific engagement.
